Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

All orders are processed and packed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are typically mailed through Canada Post. You should receive your order within 3 business days of being sent, within Alberta, and in 4 business days nationally (excluding the day of mailing). However, these timelines are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders in Hinton. Deliveries are contactless with door drop offs. You MUST provide your phone number at checkout. I will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day and time of arrival.
